PTA Supply Checkout Guidelines

• Only PTA members may request equipment or resources for use. 

• PTA supplies and equipment may be borrowed for approved school-related events and activities.

• All supply requests should be submitted at least one (1) week in advance. Requests made with less notice cannot be guaranteed.

• Borrowed items are due back no later than the next school day following the event, unless otherwise approved by the PTA.

• The individual requesting the items is responsible for ensuring all supplies are returned in the same condition they were received.

• Any damaged, lost, or missing items are the responsibility of the requestor and may require reimbursement or replacement.

• Supplies are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

• Please ensure all items are cleaned, organized, and ready for the next use before returning them.
